“We had a great tour with Astrid. She was incredibly knowledgeable. We were only visiting Oslo for a few days, so this gave us a great cross-section of the city in an afternoon. We ate great food, saw corners of the city we wouldn't have explored on our own and learned a ton about Norway.”

“You will need really good walking shoes for this tour! There was a lot of up and down hills, and about 5-6 miles total distance. The first place we stopped for food was about 15 minutes into the tour. The fish soup was delicious and the story behind the restaurant was interesting. Then the real walking started. It was almost two hours before we reached the second food stop. The food was a delicious and good sized portions. The third food stop was about 10 minutes away. Again, the food (waffles with caramel cheese and raspberry jam) was delicious and a large portion. Our guide did take us to hidden…”

“This was such a fun way to see Oslo and try some of its signature foods! Plus it got me out of the city center. The neighborhood is very fun and has a lot a good history. Though it's a food-centered tour, there were still a few stops and information on some of the great street art and history of the neighborhood. The tour guide Matthias was very knowledgeable, great at communicating, and responsive to our needs and asks. It was nice to get started with coffee, sodas, and pastries and introduce ourselves to the group. Everything was great from the hot dog, waffles, small bites (cheese, charcuterie, salmon, crab,…”

“Our guide was an excellent leader on our adventures around Oslo! He shared the history of the buildings we passed, as well as some of the history of the City and the different foods we ate. He was very knowledgeable about beer as well, and although I am not particularly fond of beer, I enjoyed EVERY sip of the beverages chosen to suit us! This was a fabulous tour!! (forgive my memory but I believe our Guide was "Shem" or something close to that - apologies for any errors)”
