She made sure that even in the dark (our tour was from 4.00 to 6.00 p.m. which in December in Oslo is dark) we missed nothing and her stories about Norse mythology and Trolls etc was all I hoped it would be. The tour ran to time and her English was very good, so you were understood and she could understand you. Always useful when you want an English speaking tour guide.
